Is that a curtain you're wearing? why, yes it is

The last week I have been wracking my brain for what I would make in February. At first I went to the obvious: something Valentines day inspired. But, then I remembered that Valentines day is for suckers. And I am a happy single and even if I were in a relationship I'd be boycotting. So, I've been wanting a knit dress with sleeves (somehow I don't own one), and was pretty set on making a mini out of this rocking Missoni knit I have had for a while. But then, I took down the old lady drapes that were left in my room from the previous owner, and thought, "this could be rockin if I do it right". And it was on.


After a quick wash, I started playing around with the various pieces and here I'm at.

Thinking very low back with some crossing straps. Still thinking of whether to leave the ruffles down the butt. It might be needed for the proper ridiculousness.
