February garment done! And just under a week late. But, whatever, this is my blog and I don't really like rushing anything. In the spirit of reusing, this dress came about from an old curtain.
I figured since it is a grandma curtain, that it had to become a sexy dress (or as sexy as it could be)
Its a little frilly, a little hippy, a little cowgirl, all rolled into one. Pretty impressive.
